Refund Policy

1. 15-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first 15 days of your initial premium subscription purchase if either of the following applies: the app was not functioning correctly for you, or you did not end up using the app at all after purchasing. Simply contact our support team at hello@utmloop.com within 15 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund of your payment, no forms, no retention pitch.

2. General Refund Position (After 15 Days)

Beyond the initial 15-day refund window, UTMLoop provides free workspaces to allow users to fully test our parameters structure, link redirection engine, and dynamic QR features before upgrading. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on partial billing periods, unused months, or automatic subscription renewals after the 15-day period has elapsed.

3. Cancel-Anytime Protection

To prevent unwanted billing renewals, we employ a clear, click-to-cancel billing layout inside our dashboard. You can cancel your subscription at any time during your billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your premium plan stays effective through the end of the paid period, and no further billing charges will occur.

4. Processing Partners

All customer identity databases and payment receipts are linked through secure systems:

• Clerk ensures secure authentication and profile logs.
• Dodo Payments handles transaction handshakes, secure vault payment tokens, subscriptions, and invoice generation.
• Cloudflare handles domain lookups and secure reverse proxy networks.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in rare cases of proven transaction duplication or system processing errors caused by Dodo Payments or UTMLoop services. If you believe your account qualifies for an exception, please write to us within 7 days of the charge at hello@utmloop.com with your invoice receipt.
