1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two main categories to provide and support UTMLoop services:

• Account and Authentication Data: Managed securely via our third-party authentication partner Clerk. This includes your name, email address, password hashes, and profile images when signing up or logging in.
• Link & Campaign Metadata: Processed and securely stored by UTMLoop directly. This includes the destination URLs you enter, the UTM source, medium, campaign name, content terms, shortened links, dynamic QR configuration data, and campaign clicks or scan metrics.

2. Third Parties Involved

To process your data and deliver our hosting, billing, and authentication services, we share necessary information with the following trusted third-party services:

• Clerk: Handles user registration, security tokens, login sessions, and profile authentication.
• Razorpay: Processes all subscriptions, upgrades, invoices, and credit card processing. We never store credit cards on our servers.
• Cloudflare: Provides domain names, edge networks, DDoS protection, static generation hosting, and cookieless Web Analytics tracking.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Your links, tracking details, and QR codes remain in our database as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and clear all campaign data, you can do so directly from your Profile settings or email us at hello@utmloop.com.

4. Cookieless Web Analytics

UTMLoop utilizes Cloudflare Web Analytics on this public marketing site. This is a privacy-first, cookieless telemetry solution that records general traffic volume without establishing cross-site cookies, logging individual IP addresses, or triggering annoying privacy cookie consent banners.
