1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and application (located at app.utmloop.com), you agree to be bound by these draft Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software.

2. User Accounts and Credentials

We use Clerk to handle identity and secure sign-ins. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use or access to your UTMLoop account workspace.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Razorpay

Premium features (including custom branding domains, unlimited projects, and dynamic QR trackers) require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Payments are collected in advance at the start of your billing period.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing settings panel. When you cancel, your subscription stays fully active and effective until the end of the current billing cycle (month or year). No further automatic payments will occur after your cancellation.

5. Service Delivery and Limitations

UTMLoop does not guarantee 100% uptime on redirected links or dynamic QR routing, though we utilize Cloudflare Edge networks to maximize speed and prevent routing lag. We are not responsible for marketing tracking errors, parameters mistakes, or loss of analytics on incorrectly entered links.
